Welcome to Tease Hair Salon! We value your safety, satisfaction, and overall experience. Please review our policies before booking.

Neck & Head Injury Policy
For the safety of our staff and clients, we cannot provide services to clients who have had or are recovering from any neck or head injury.
- Please inform our receptionist when booking if you have had an injury.
- A waiver of liability may be required in some cases.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if a client has a recent injury or a condition that makes them ineligible.
Service Satisfaction & Redo Policy
Your satisfaction matters! If you are not happy with a service, we are happy to redo the service. Please note: refunds are not provided.
Redo Guidelines:
- Contact us within 7 business days of your original service.
- The redo should be scheduled with the same stylist whenever possible.
- If the original stylist is unavailable, another qualified team member may perform the redo.
Children Policy
Children are welcome by appointment only. For their safety, parents or guardians must supervise children at all times.
Safety Rules:
- We are not liable for children who climb on chairs, run, spin, touch cords or tools, open drawers, or handle salon items.
- Salon chairs, tools, and stations are for staff use only.
- Many tools reach temperatures over 400°F, and drawers contain sharp objects and chemicals.
- Children must not play on salon chairs.
Merchandise & Product Returns
We want you to love your purchases!
- Unopened or defective products can be exchanged or refunded.
- Salon merchandise can be returned for exchange or salon credit.
- Hair brushes cannot be returned due to health regulations.
- All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Appointment & Cancellation Policy
To provide the best service to all clients, appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
- Provide at least 48 hours’ notice for changes or cancellations.
- No-shows or late cancellations may incur a charge of 100% of the reserved service fee.
- We reserve the right to enforce this policy and collect applicable fees.
Service Pricing Policy
By booking an appointment with Tease Hair Salon, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Pricing is based on stylist experience, education, and demand. All listed prices are starting rates and may vary by stylist.
- Final pricing may increase due to time, product use, hair length/thickness, or service complexity.
- Clients seeking a specific price point are encouraged to consult with the salon prior to booking.
- Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include gratuity.
